Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 3 tbsp hung curd


  • 1/2 tsp tandori masala or garam masala powder


  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala


  • 1 tsp ajwain


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1 pinch salt as needed


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1/4 tsp haldi


  • 200 gms paneer

Directions

  • First marinate all ingredients.
  • Cut the paneer mix it.
  • Add tomato onion in mixture. Skew the marinate item and bake it.
  • In skewer add paneer onion and tomato.
  • Bake at 250 degree Celsius for 15 to 18 minutes
  • When it bake or brown colour paneer. Then serve it bowl.
